退款政策

For products that were not on sale at the time of purchase, we accept refunds and return them within 14 days. And if the product is on sale or comes with a gift, we will calculate your actual cost and refund based on that price within 14 days (if there is a gift, you need to return the gift). Those large equipment and machines we do not accept refunds or returns, but we will decide whether to provide technical support based on the actual situation. We asking all refund or return item need to be unopened, and the label on there (if any) also needs to be on there without damage so that it can be resold without any changes. Please send us the receipt (paper or electronic receipt) to meet our refund and return policy requirements. 

For all the above policies, Canada Eternal Group Ltd. will have the final interpretation right.
